Returns & Exchanges:

At Lümi Vita, we value your experience.
While we do not offer blanket returns, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe a product arrived in unsatisfactory condition or
is not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
at admin@lumi-vita.com.
In some cases, we may ask that the product be returned for review before issuing a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds:

Refunds, if approved, are determined individually and may be issued as a
full refund, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstance.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our end.


Shipping & Processing:

Lümi Vita products are made in small, intentional batches.
While we aim to ship all orders within 3–6 business days, slight delays may occur due to product preparation.

If shipping is expected to exceed 5 business days, we will notify you via email with an update.

We currently ship within the United States.
