We currently ship within the United States and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and timeframes are displayed at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, Lümi-Vita is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare and personal-care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact admin@lumi-vita.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product.
